I learned of your wonderful work from a Facebook friend, Paul D. There is something so timeless about your work. From what I've seen you have a way of creating what to me feels like a powerful grace in your subjects. There is such poise and power in them. To me, they seem almost like meditative pieces. Looking at them helps me to connect with a strength, grace, and beauty within myself.
I really like the variety of subject matter, too. Just looking at them brings me a sense of peace.
Thank you for sharing your tremendous gift with the world.
Wishing you the very best.

I began my career in an art museum and although the majority of my career was spent in history Museum. I have never lost my love of figural and representative art. I as a gay man I find your subjects appealing. I also recognize talent above mere draughtsmanship and to somewhat might be considered salacious subject matter. I think your paintings are among the best homoerotic art I have seen including renderings by old masters. I think your work will stand the test of time.

Not really sure what drew me to your photos the first time. But what kept me coming back and then following your account was just that face that your photos were truly stunning and beautiful and such raw masculine power and emotion.
The eroticism without being pornographic. The stories behind the photos and the people.
I have to say the poses, they tell a story for me. The way you tell a story through your lens, when I look into the eyes it's powerful. It's like they are looking straight at me telling me what's going on. My imagination takes over.
Thanks so much for bringing such joy.

Thank you for your email. I look forward to getting the pictures I ordered.
I happened to know and appreciate your work a few years ago when I was looking at all the tumblers showing mature men and I notice a picture of your handsome husband, which I nicknamed the American gentleman supreme (or: the ultimate sheyne Yid). As it was indicated on
the photo, I saw that you were the author of the picture and soon I
discovered your official site and your Facebook.
I think that there are very few photographers able to represent the beauty of "Men Of A Certain Age" with so much elegance as you do. Each portrait you do gives me pleasure.

I was first introduced to your work with the photographs you took of my good friend Jim Newman. I was immediately drawn to your style, because it's as if you paint with your camera. I too have a background in painting, and I've dabbled a bit with photography, so I'm very fond of these mediums. I love that you have merged the two and created your very own signature style. I find your work beautifully ethereal and masculine all at the same time. I joined the Livestream you did with Jim last week, and I believe he said it best when he said you had the wonderful ability to photograph your male subjects exactly the way men wanted to be photographed. I like that your photographs tell stories, and that they leave us with questions. I also am very appreciative that as an artist, you've chosen to celebrate the older man...especially considering the fact that the gay culture can oftentimes make anyone over 40 feel insignificant. Thank you for showing the world that older men are still very much relevant. I could go on and on about all the things I love about your work, but I will close by simply saying I'm a HUGE fan. Thank you again for your email, and for giving me the opportunity to give you my feedback. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.
Man your work is beyond breathtaking! As a Hollywood film producer when i saw your nude guy sitting there thinking about what comes next it reminded me that could be me or anyone else prepping for the next role or job! By having your guy nude it shows that he is willing to bring his entire self to his next job. Being nude shows that you are committed to whatever the next job will bring and that you are willing to completely transform your self into the character. Who knows Ben I may be calling on your art for future film set decorations..
I started seeing your work by noticing guys I call “My Gymspiration, coincidently by spotting Anthony Gordon in your photos, the started noticing a style of photography of men I was attracted to by the inspirational moods and beauty your work, started to look for your photos, became my favorite photographer. I get really excited when I see another amazing photo, I relate to the moods and the men, I’m more confidant when I see men my age being stylish, masculine and sexual, I look at these incredible works and think “ Yeah, That’s me, too!”, I recognize a part of myself in each photograph!
I find your work mesmerizing and the models relatable even though you create so much fantasy around them. Having the pleasure of you taking a picture of me was a comfortable and fun experience you made me feel an older man can still be sexual and attractive. I’m definitely a fan of your work.
I know that as a fellow artist, I'm not your target audience. Still, I have passed your name along to others who I think would appreciate your aesthetic. You've got a great eye for what's sexy. Your images are absolutely steamy! So as far as what attracts me to your work, there's definitely that. I also like the dream-like quality of the images. Your videos featuring your models are a great way to go - they're a lot of fun and emphasize the friendship you have with the men you shoot.
I've been a longtime fan of the work of Paul Cadmus. If you're not already familiar, you may enjoy his work.
It's nice seeing you in the zoom meetings. Best of luck.
First: I am no artist by any means. It is not often, that photography impresses me and it is difficult for me to explain why. I think it is the way you compose the backgrounds, the models and their expression. The pictures just glow with beauty, confidence, and serenity. It just a soothing experience to watch them.
